Shipping

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Denmark.

We aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible and normally dispatch it within 48 hours.

Please noted that we process your orders Monday to Friday only.

Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning the item to us. We accept returned items within 14 days following the delivery of your order. You may try on the clothes at home, but the styles should be returned in the same condition as when received: unwashed, not used and with the original tag attached. 

 

To start a return, you must request a return confirmation at ii@inanisik.com  and please mention your return reason.

Reklamation / Claim

At INAN ISIK, you always get a 2 years right to complain from the day you received your order. You can contact us if the faults and defects are not due to wear and careless use of the product.
