Delivery and payment confidentiality
All information disclosed to INAN ISIK for online ordering of items / products remain confidential, including the name and address information as well as information on payment cards.
Payment
By paying for an order on the website, an order confirmation will be sent to you. When we have registered your payment, the order will be packed and sent.
Charging your card
Once your order has been placed, your card is charged according to the amount and currency of your order.
If your order is cancelled, INAN ISIK will refund charged immediately. Reflect back may take up to 10 days depending on your bank.
Our payment methods
Quickpay: Pay safe with credit card through Quickpay. Quickpay is using MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Visa & Visa Debit.
PayPal: One of the easiest and most safe ways to pay. The money is drawn from your account when the product is shipped from the storage. You can also pay with a visa credit card and a MasterCard through PayPal.
Warranty information
Any errors or defects in the delivered items from the website must be invoked and be enforced against INAN ISIK within 2 months after the defect has been discovered.
Contacting INAN ISIK is demanded, if an eventual defect has been discovered. The customer is held accountable if failing to contact INANI SIK in the time period noted, and is basically unenforceable 2 years after the delivery has been made.
Returns or exchanges
Items being returned must be returned in the same condition and quantity as it is received. In addition, the item must not be put in use and all original tags must be intact and in original packaging.
If the above are to be met, we will refund the purchase price paid of the returned order. We don’t cover the expenses for shipping of a returned item / product.
EXCHANGES ARE PERMITTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR ITEMS OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE. GARMENTS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. SHIPPING COSTS FOR EXCHANGES ARE AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE..
Made-to-order products cannot be changed or returned.
